Summer Vengeance Final

Today, Kink.com released the finals for Summer Vengeance 2009. It was me, vs. Vendetta.
I re-watched the video today and I’m feeling a lot better about the way I wrestled after watching the video. The day of the match, on the mats I thought I wasn’t performing very well. I felt as if I should have done a lot better than I did. Vendetta kicked my ass in the first round, gaining a huge lead.
Each round is only 8 minutes and it goes by so fast when you’re on the mats but after watching all 4 rounds again, 8 minutes goes by fast just watching. This match was very exciting to watch even though I knew the outcome. There was constant control changing between both our hand.

Great match. The mighty Iron Maiden and the great Vendetta didn’t know what hit them.

You are a superhero when your take your street clothes off. “It’s a bird, it’s a plane – no it’s the Assassin!!” You take off those civvies and take down and molest other hotties. A great superhero for our time!

(Vendetta was a bit of sore loser – but oh well). Ariel, you are classy and amazing – my favourite wrestler since the beginning with the black hair. You have the best personality and ass in the league! (I don’t know which is more important.) Love Scott

Congratulations. To me, much more than the physical side of the last two matches, you looked mentally geared up for both Vendetta and the Iron Maiden. If you keep the mental strength you will be supreme for a long time!!!

Thank You. Yes, there was a lot of mental training for these matches. I would go for a run and run super fast and tell myself that I wouldn’t stop. If I could push through the pain in my run I could push through the pain in my matches. Then I turned it into a game in everything I did. I would set a goal, like I’d train heavier weight or something and I would tell myself “you have to do 4 reps at this weight, it doesn’ t matter how long it takes you to do it but today you will do 4 reps” of course I wasn’t doing anything that I knew was impossible for me..i’d just go up 5 lbs that day or soemthing but everything I’d do I would set a goal and I wouldn’t allow myself to give up. So before th matches I told myself, “today you are going to win” and that was my goal and I met it.
