I had a pretty crappy day today. All together is was a good day but it was crappy because I handled a situation poorly and I’m not to happy about it. I was trying to assemble a bike today. The brakes where not working properly and I just couldn’t seem to figure it out. I started to feel stupid and then I got frustrated and I started throwing wrenches around like my dad did when we use to work on cars when I was a kid. Oh man. What a horrible feeling. Seeing myself behaving the way my pops did when I was a kid…behaving in a way that scares me when other people behave that way…ugh what a nightmare. the weather is getting a lot more chilly nowadays. I spent 2 hours putting this darn bike together, it’s still not up to par but I had to give it up for the day as the sun was going down and the night chill was settling in. My feet and legs were rather cold so I went inside and drew a nice warm bubble bath for myself. It felt soooooo good to dip into the sudsy water therapy. ahhh. I’m calm now, I’m going to make a nice little dinner and cuddle up next to the big dogs\u00a0 and my big muscle man tonight and watch some reality TV.
