They usually give me some answers like &#8220;eat a good meal&#8221; or &#8220;stretch&#8221;. These are all essential to do before a match.<\/p>\n<p>But I think there are other things\u00a0 a girl should do to prepare for wrestling that aren&#8217;t just to make sure we don&#8217;t get injured. I think it&#8217;s important for girls to look good to, this isn&#8217;t done only right before a match. These types of things are lifestyles. They should be done on a regular basis. For example, I like to tan. It keeps me dark and makes my muscles show up more&#8230;and it helps me relax if you know what I mean&#8230;.that&#8217;s right&#8230;everyone has done it, dont judge me.\u00a0 I jerk off in the public tanning beds.
