The hogtied shoot was awesome. I had a great time. Gia was mean and sexy and dirty and brutal. She makes a great dom. I would love to work with her again. I enjoyed doing the “fake” wrestling for this shoot. We staged a lot of the holds; we didn’t do an actual match we just put the submissions in. Gia is so flexible and light that i was able to put her in some really mean holds and keep her there for a while so we could get good footage. That babe is tough. So she can take it AND dish it out. My week Started on Friday when I flew up to Kink to shoot the remainder of the Hogtied feature with Gia Demarco. The feature will be realeased in a few weeks. Its a crossover of Ultimate Surrender and Hogtied. I think this will be fun for a lot of fans. The footage of the wreslting Gia and I did is not from an actual match so Please do not email me asking when that match will be updated, it was shot purely entertainement and footage for the Hogtied feature.

After Gia dominated me for the hogtied shoot ( which was pretty brutal, one of the toughest shoots I’ve ever done) I hopped on a plane and headed to Vegas to shoot for the good folks at WeBringIt.com. My time in Vegas was pretty busy, when I wasn’t shooting for WBI, I was shooting for other production companies. There were days when I shot from 9:30am to 1:00 am and all of it was really physical stuff. Chantel Lace came up to Vegas to shoot for WBI as well and she is re-opening www.bad-apple.com which is a topless boxing site. So between catfights and boxing matches my forearms are killing me. When  I was done shooting for Bad-Apple, I rushed over to my friend house and shot some Ball Busting for one company and some MMA domination for another company. This is no joke, this was the real deal. I was exhausted by the end of my trip in Vegas. But Vegas wasn’t the end of it. I flew from Vegas to Oakland and performed in a tournament for www.ufglive.com and had to go against some pretty tough opponents, including Isamar Gutierrez. It was a hard core matchup for the tournament. I was spent but that wasn’t the end of my work week. I had one tag team match for Ultimate Surrender last night. I did phenominal, I was very proud of my performance. We had a great showing with lots of great audience members. I had a great time. I will post more about it as the updates go up.

So today I fly home. I set a new record of how many matches I shot in a week. I believe I did 27 matches/video this week alone. I can not wait to get into my own bed and go to my gym and get a real weight work out in. it’s silly that

I don’t do a lot of sessions and I especially don’t do a lot of “fantasy sessions”. I prefer competitive sessions over anything else. I feel as if they more competitive the match, the less likely it is the guy will perve out on me. I wanted to keep my session pretty straight. I suppose I was doing the competitive sessions more for myself than for the guys doing them. I wanted to test myself against bigger people. I’m pretty sure I”ve gotten that out of my system. I’ve gone against all shapes, sizes and ages of men and women. I enjoy every match I have ever done.  I know what my passion is and I don’t need to search it out any longer. Now I’m at a point where I can explore more fun sessions.  Without seeking it out, I have had 2 great fantasy sessions in the last month that were seriously the most fun I’ve ever had. I did some role playing in the sessions. In one session, I played the angry, jealous girlfriend and beat up my boy friend. In one I played a secretary to a boss who thought women were too weak to fight so I had to show him who was boss and in another scenario, I was a spy trying to get information from another spy. Role playing brought that extra story line to the table that really gave me motivation to kick these guys ass. I guess I’m a method actress. I really got into character. I really felt like a jealous gf or the defense secretary or the spy. I really got into character in a playful way. But what really helped was that they guys got into character as well. Wrestling sessions need to be give and take…and I don’t mean you give me all your money and I take it hahah though that would be awesome. I mean, you guys need to give me something to work with and take what I give back and work with that and vice versa. It’s so much more fun and easier on us girls if you guys give us a little bit of a challenge, whether it be verbal in a role play or physical in a competitive match. I have had guys ask for a “competitive match” and then they sit there and just let me put them in all kinds of holds…there’ snothing wrong with that but that is not competitive. I think it would be even more fun if they guy did want to just let me put him in holds but we added role play to it. Maybe I could be your landlord and you owe me money…or maybe you could be MY landlord and I need to show you why I don’t need to pay rent this month…the possibilities are endless and it does make the whole session go by in a blink of an eye for me. I can’t begin to tell you how blessed I am to be able to do what I do for work. I don’t do a lot of sessions. Most the people I work with are people my friends have worked with and who have a good reputation in this industry. The guys who are into this wrestling stuff are some of the most awesome people I have ever met. They are such good peoples.I have made some pretty good friends in my line of work. Thank you to all you folks out there who have supported my work and allow me to do and encourage what I do.

We Bring It ( WBI ) is going to be doing a live Cam show, November 16th and 17th on Catfightlive.com. I will be on set and on camera coordinating things with the models and doing some of the tech support.

We Bring It is one of the major players in the catfight industry. They are one of the few sites that offer fully competitve unscripted catfights with  REAL face slapping, REAL belly punching and REAL hair pulling in their videos. We will be having 2 girls each day, live for one hour to do a custom photoshoot for you, the viewer. This is your chance to talk to some of the biggest stars in the Catfight industry including, Chatel Lace, Ariana Cheyenne Jewl and myself. Although for this particular live show, we will only be demonstrating a photo shoot, you will be able to ask the girls any questions they have about catfighting and opponents and Videos are available to purchase off the webringit website.

Regardless of what I saw or didn’t see, I had the time of my life in London. I travel very well when I’m by myself. People in London were so kind and helpful. I made so many friends while I was out there. My next trip will be planned better and I will give myself more free time to spend with my new friends and do site seeing but this first trip was awesome and I learned a lot about the town and what to do for my next trip.

Now.. on to the wrestling. Now bare in mind, I can’t go spoiling endings to any matches. You’re gonna have to see how I did..I was there representing Americans and I was there representing Porn chicks. I think I did a great job and made America and porn proud yes. I used both Ameria and porn in one sentence and it was talking about making people proud LOL. I had so many matches while I was in London, I can’t even remember how many I had. I know when I flew in, I had to go directly to the live wrestling event and did 2 matches on 0 hours of sleep. I was delirious when I got there and i have NO idea how I survived those 2 matches that day but I did survive. The matches for the live event were so fun to watch and participate in. The audience was so energized and fun to mingle with. One of the matches for the event was with me and Tia from Hungry. She and I put each other in arm bars left and right for out match. We were sharing a room at a bed and breakfast and after our match we went back to our room and all night both of us were getting up to tend to our swollen, injured arms. Tia and I are both pretty stubborn. We didn’t tap maybe when we should have and the next week for both of us was very hard. Our arms felt like wet noodles. I had to keep icing both my arms and wrapping them just so I  could get through the days. It was fucking hard. I killed myself out there. I did feel like I had something to prove. I think people in the “wresting world” don’t take girls on Ultimate Surrender serious. I feel like they think it’s all fake or that the girls we fight are push overs. So I wanted to show people that I can do a little more from being on my back than just laying there and getting fucked..I can throw down submissions and pain like no other sometimes you DONT want me on my back

The trip was amazing. Like I said I had so many matches with so many girls, I can’t even recall most of them. All I know is I was in a room for 8-10 hours in a day and I saw and did some of the most fun, amazing matches I have ever done in my life. The match that stands out the most for me was the one mixed match I did with this young kid from Hungry. He was a cute hungarian boy who didn’t speak a lick of english. He was there for all the girls to beat up and he was funny because he would fight back and then the girls would put him in some crazy hold and he’d was so stubborn, he didn’t want to tap but eventually he would…it was cute. I told him before the match that I wasn’t as nice as the other girls were and he should be scared and he just smiled at me because he had NO fucking idea what I just said. So I judo tossed his ass to the ground and made him tap about 10 times using my full arsenal of submissions. I even used some really mean catch wrestling cranks on him. He was so flexible it was fun to bend him every which way and watch him try to get out and then see his body stop struggling for  second as he realized he was stuck, not so much in pain but just stuck. I could put him in very compromising positions and I would just hold him there and taunt him with words he couldn’t even understand and then I would laugh because I knew he could understand my evil laugh meant something horrible was about to come. The look in his eyes when I would laugh was priceless. Fear is univeral and it’s really quiet beautiful when you’re the one causing the fear. It’s one hell of a power trip.

As luck would have it, I had let my father borrow my automatic care so he could go to a doctor’s appointment while I took his car ( a stick shift) to the airport so I could fly to San francicso. I thought it would be nice of me to let my dad use my car since he had recently had a sholder surgery and I didn’t want him shifting with his recently opperated on arm. So I got to drive the stick home….and up..my left broken foot had to push the clutch in….wowwie that was intense. I iced my foot as soon as I walked in the door. I wrapped it up and popped 2 tylenol pm, downed a beer and called it a night. The next day my foot was in excruiating pain. However, I have a big match on monday ( which would only allow 4 days to heal) and I will not pull out! So even though I was in pain…I sucked it up and went to the gym…afterall, I can still work out my upper body right? I need to keep my cardio level in great condition for my matches. I can’t fall behind…I’ve trained to hard and come too far to give it all up. So after I worked out my shoulders with weights, I headed to the pool to swim laps. I couldn’t flip my feet at all so I just did arm strokes. But I found that thw pool waves were moving my foot too much and I wasn’t able to do a complete cardio work out but at least I got something in.

Today I chose to work out chest and triceps. I did a fantastic workout with weights and then got on the stationary bike and road 10.5 miles of hills. I was able to achieve prime cardiovascular conditioning. I’m happy about my workout today. Today my foot feels like a bee sting ( yeah sure, I’m allegic to bees which means they could possibly kill me) but the pain wasn’t as bad as the day before which gives me hope for my match on monday. I have been nursing this bad boy like Florance Nightengale. I use Dit da Jow. I swear by it. There is no scientific studies to prove that the chinese herbs in this liniment actually work; all I have is anecdotal evidence. I use it, it works. Placebo or not…it fucking works. The jow combined with my wolverine super healing powers that great genetics has blessed me with has caused my injury to heal up nicely. I’m in mild pain but I will be able to compete. The first day I was black and blue on my foot and now 2 days later, I have little to no bruising and/or swelling which decreases the pain greatly.

In other news. I have scheduled a second counsiltation with my surgeron for my breast augmentations. I go in next Thursday on which I will schedule the actual surgery date and pay for the bad boys. The Surgery will take place at the end of September. I will be taking off all of October, November and december is always slow anyway so that’s probably going to be a dead month for me work wise unintentionally. So if I’m a little quiet durign that time…you will know why…it’s only because there’s nothing to talk about. But I will probably be borded out of my skull and feel the urge to blog about random nothin

oh oh I forgot, I’m going to change my blog theme so if things seem a little wacky on here, it’s just me being creepy on the back end …..but that’s usually how I am on all my women so you’re all use to seeing me like that

So how do I plan on getting in SVS ( Summer Vengeance Shape)? Well for starters I need to start eating more. My goal is to be 125 by the tournament. 125 will sadly still put me on the lighter end of the roster. Most girls in the elite group will still outweigh me by 10-25 lbs which is a huge difference when it comes to wrestling. As I mentioned, eating dingdongs or other shit food will put on lbs but it’s not the kind of weight I’m looking to gain. I need lean mass which means I need to eat lean food. foods like chicken, turkey, fish, bison maybe. I have no idea when my matches will be. So it’s difficult right now to calculate when I need  start this so Im’ going to just start now. Breakfast for me now consists of 6 eggwhites and 1 whole egg. I force feed these right now as I find it extremely difficult to down eggwhites in the morning, later in the day I can tolerate them but for some reason my stomach heaves at the mere thought of them. Before my workout I cramp a decent about of carbs into my diet with a moderate amount of protein. I have found that carbs before my workout help with my strength training but if I want to lean out I can not have those carbs before my work out. So right now it’s all about getting the strength going. Right after my workout I pound a high protein shake. Eating protein after a workout aids in muscle recovery and strengthening.

My workout consists of weight training and light cardio at the moment. I have been jogging, biking or roller blading to and from the gym which is about an 8 mile trip for me. I don’t want to burn my muscle off so I am doing low intensity cardio. As the tournament gets closer I will cut the distance and do more “sprint” type workouts.

I’m trying to get at least 6 full meals in a day. This becomes a burden when I have to go to work. I need to pack myself meal and protein shakes with my mobile shaker. It becomes a huge pain in the ass to plan everything the night before work but it’s a necessity. Often times when I work, I don’t have time to go get food so I must carry food on me at all times. Another reason I carry food with me is so I know I am getting the proper amount of carbs and protein and I’m not at the mercy of what ever restaurant I chance by. Fitness is all about compromise. It sucks but when things are important to you, you make the sacrifices you have to in order to achieve your goals.

Of course I can’t tell you everything I do to prepare as I don’t want my competitors to stumble upon my blog and replicate my master plan. I do not have trainers or coaches. everything I do is from learning it over the years. My Ex taught me everything I know about diet, nutrition and how to work out efficiently. So Im’ sure some of you have learned to either love him or hate him after reading my blogs about him, but love him or hate him, he made me who I am and what I am and I owe everything to him!!! I borrow the lessons I learned from running and competing in tracking in high school and college. I do have a wonderful BJJ instructor who is teaching me beautiful sweeps. I plan on dominating this season in both the individual and tag team venues!
